A Proper Copper For Spring
The color copper may elicit thoughts of fall because if its burnt orange hue, but I would like to challenge that with a lovely lipstick I recently found. Instead of a heavy, dark shade of copper, it is rather light and seems to hit all the right seasonal notes for a perfect segue into spring. And it's a beautiful color to boot. For your review, I would like to share with you Revlon's Copper Chrome.
Copper Chrome is a creamy pearl from Revlon's Super Lustrous Lipstick line. It has a moisturizing formula, is fully pigmented and delivers opaque coverage in every pass.
You already know my philosophy: you can honestly wear any lipstick during any time of the year. However, I know that there are those who are more particular than others when it comes to wearing certain shades. The seemingly darker, more dramatic colors are usually reserved for the darker, colder months. But there's no reason to shy away from this copper. Not only is it vamp-free, but it's a fetching sun-fire shade that easily transcends any perceived seasonal aesthetic. A very versatile color, indeed.
Revlon's Super Lustrous Copper Chrome is available at Target and various drug stores, and retails for around $8.99.
